1. Returns & exchanges

Please contact us  within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
We don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order within 14 days.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged :
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
